New ways of doing things

BabyCenter.com says that babies are by nature discoverers, exploring everything that comes their way. I want to believe that a larger part of this exploration is getting to know what works, and what's not. Dropping (throwing?) of objects, tasting anything those li'l hands can grab, reaching for the seemingly unreachable -- these are the normal, usual ones. On top of these, Luke has his own version of doing other things -- and it's a surefire fun for him.

Pillow is not just an aid to comfy sleeping. It is also placed above the head to protect the bunbunan from cold air so as not to catch cold (according to some old folks).

Rattle toys are not only to pacify rattling babies, but could very well be your eyes' shade.

Btw, this toy has already finished its term, and now living in trash. :)

Who says you can play only with your hands? Your feet can do as much -- or even more giggling and exciting.

Do pacifiers really pacify babies? I guess not. Honestly, this thing did not work for this young buddy. His hands -- not just thumb -- work best instead. I'm just happy now coz this hand-sucking habit is no longer part of his routine.

Drinking milk is not only through the mouth, it is also through the ears. Just try it, and you'll taste the difference. :)

Cotton buds are one of the tiny things in this world that are so versatile, and come in very handy as well. They are used not only for cleaning ears and nose...

...but also as a toothpick.

There are many more out-of-this-world things that this little boy do, and nothing we could do but be amazed and amused. Unfortunately though, our camera is not that "boyscout" to be always ready when needed. Maybe, next time. :)
