Gudbye, dear Poohbear shoes!

Oh, boy! What happened to your shoes?

This pair of shoes has been of service to Luke's gentle feet for so many months, and so far the longest foot buddy my little boy has ever have. It is quite obvious if one day, you'll see this lovely pair in the trash bin. But somehow, my heart is so attached to it that it pains me to put it away.

As a mother, I feel so uncaring if I don't buy him a new pair. So, I did buy him one almost two weeks ago. I've been wanting to do it even before the old pair has been "desperately impaired". I was waiting for the SALE day to come, but I guess it will never come, so I've taken a big step in buying him a good pair of shoes, with eyes closed. ;)

Ah well, obviously, his new footwear doesn't have any traces of a Poohbear design -- not even a pale shadow of my fave Disney character. But, it does look equally beautiful and elegant, doesn't it? What more, it looks pretty good on him.

With this new shoes, I hope that he'll soon learn to walk by himself, and he'll find courage to make a few steps without an aid. ;)
