Sept 25 was dubbed as the Filipino Family Day 2005 in Tokyo. Supposedly me and my son's first time to attend such "big event" (my hubby was there last year getting entry at the backyard). Unfortunately, we arrived late (coz we had to attend Sunday mass first) and tickets were sold out, so there's not a single chance for us to go inside the crowded (as in bumper-to-bumper) auditorium.

Ending? Well, instead of just standing in front of the audi seeing nothing entertaining or whatsoever, and just watching the crowded pips still trying their way inside, we decided to look for a nice place nearby where we can stroll around and eat our obento. Luckily, we found a big park where we almost got lost (hahaha!). The usual me, I did not even bother to know the name of that place. All I know is that it is in Shin-Kiba so I guess it's called Shin-Kiba Park. We had a soothing walk breathing the soothing autumn air around the soothing park until we found a place to soothe our rumbling tummy. Our "eating time" was cut short though coz some Paparrazzi-looking guys came in and we didn't want to get in the way in whatever they're about to do :)

We went home with the thought that our time and money spent in going to Shin-Kiba was not after all wasted.
